Wheelchairs go through TSA screening at the checkpoint, and each airline sets its own battery rules — check with your airline before you fly.

Every Black Friday order comes with the same support — long after the sale ends.
Quick answers on pricing, free gifts, shipping, returns and warranty — so you can order with confidence.
No need to wait. Our Black Friday prices are already live on DX07, DX08, DX06 and Titan X24, and they stay in place through Black Friday (Nov 27) and Cyber Monday (Nov 30).
Every order is also covered by our 90-Day Price Guarantee: if we lower the price of the same model and configuration within 90 days of your order, we’ll refund the difference. Ordering earlier also gives you a better chance at a FREE Comfort & Travel Kit, since kits are released in limited drops.
It’s live now. The sale started October 30, 2026 and runs through December 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT, covering Black Friday (Friday, November 27) and Cyber Monday (Monday, November 30). FREE Comfort & Travel Kits and $99.99 spare batteries are limited and may run out sooner.
Up to $2,296 off. Savings are based on each chair’s regular kerdom.com price, shown crossed out on the product page:
Prices can vary by configuration. The product page always shows the current price for the option you choose.
No code needed. Black Friday prices are already applied on every product page, in your cart and at checkout. Earlier seasonal codes have ended, and Black Friday pricing can’t be combined with other promo codes. The FREE Comfort & Travel Kit (while available) and the $99.99 spare battery offer work together with Black Friday pricing on the same order.
A $399.99-value set of storage and seating-comfort accessories for everyday outings — such as a seatback bag, side bag, cup & phone holder, lumbar support and seat cushion.
It’s included free with a qualifying Black Friday chair order (DX07, DX08, DX06, Titan X24 or Carbon XT) while supplies last. No extra charge and no sign-up.
No code or sign-up needed. While kits are available, one is added automatically to each qualifying chair order.
We’re releasing 50 kits in five drops of 10: Oct 30, Nov 9, Nov 16, Nov 23 and Nov 30. The counter on this page shows how many are left in the current drop. If a drop runs out, your chair still gets Black Friday pricing, the 90-Day Price Guarantee and the free warranty extension.
Add one matching spare battery for $99.99 (regularly $269.99) for DX07, DX08, DX06 or The Fold-Flat. It’s limited to 50 batteries in total and one per order.
Yes, you can get both. The battery is a discounted add-on, not a free gift, so it can go on the same order as your FREE Comfort & Travel Kit. DX06 has two battery versions — contact us if you’re not sure which one fits your chair.
Start with where you’ll use it most:
Still deciding? Call our U.S. team at 1-775-572-5299 and we’ll help you compare. For specific seating or positioning needs, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider.
DX08 and DX07 are built for travel with lightweight, quick-folding frames, but every airline sets its own rules for mobility devices and lithium batteries.
Before you fly, check the battery’s watt-hour (Wh) rating on the product page and contact your airline, ideally when you book. Final approval always rests with the airline.
Compare the folded dimensions on the product page with your trunk opening and floor depth before you order. If lifting is a concern, DX08 is our lightest chair at 25.8 lb without the battery.
Not sure? Send us your vehicle make and model and we’ll help you check.
Yes — free shipping to the contiguous 48 states on our chairs and most products. Most in-stock orders ship within 24 hours from our U.S. warehouses and arrive in 2–5 days. Some items ship in separate packages, and pre-order items show their ship date on the product page.
We can’t currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Carrier times can run longer during busy shipping weeks. See our shipping policy.
Yes. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout (contiguous 48 states, no P.O. boxes). Tracking goes to the email on your order, so you can forward it and let them know when to expect it.
After delivery, our U.S.-based team can help them get set up by phone, and every chair comes with lifetime technical support.
Yes. Black Friday orders get the same 60-Day Home Trial as always.
If you return a chair, please include the Comfort & Travel Kit. Read the full refund policy.
If we lower the kerdom.com price of the same model and configuration within 90 days of your order date, contact us with your order number and we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method. It applies to Black Friday orders placed on kerdom.com.
Eligible Black Friday wheelchair orders get a free warranty extension — up to 8 years of total coverage. Coverage length differs by part, so the 8-year term doesn’t apply to every component.
See the part-by-part terms and how to activate your extension on our warranty page. Every chair also comes with lifetime technical support from our U.S.-based team.
Black Friday pricing, the FREE Comfort & Travel Kit and the $99.99 spare battery offer end December 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT, or sooner if kits or batteries run out.
The protections on your order stay with it after the sale: the 90-Day Price Guarantee, the 60-Day Home Trial and your warranty extension.
