I took this scooter on a vacation to France. It folds up very easily for the. airlines. It's very light when you take out the batteries. You have to carry them with you on board.
I rode this thru Paris, Disneyland Paris. Eiffle Tower, The Louve. I rode the bullet train from Paris to Lyon. This scooter folds up and fits the hi speed train.
I boarded a river cruise on the Rhone river. This scooter handled the cobblestone streets in the ancient French villages and countrysides. It went up inclines with plenty of power. I rode the backstreets of Marsaille.
The scooter fits into the motor coaches that drove our tours. The bus driver saw how eady it folded up to load.
The cruise was Disney/Amakristina.

I have back issues and it hurts for me to walk. On the cruise many seniors wished they had my scooter. I had nany inquires about this scooter. I could have been selling them to grandpas and grandmas .

It's still pretty heavy for a senior to lift. The problem is its hard to find a grip to lift it. There's no instructions or videos on how to lift it, it starts to unravel if you lift it by the wrong places. i bought this for my river cruise in France. They stack the boats next to each other at the dock. You may have to go or down a flight of stairs and have to lift your scooter to get off the boat or boats. You cross boats. The scooters where have to take the seat off won't work.
they need to fold like luggage. The legroom is tight on this scooter. You have to drape your legs for more room.

The scooter itself is excellent. It's stable, the seat is comfortable, and the speed control is smooth. I use it for grocery runs and it fits through the aisles easily.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the assembly instructions were a bit small to read. However, I emailed Kerdom support and they sent me a video link that made it super clear. Once I got it together, it's been running like a dream. Just make sure you charge it fully before the first use!

It is as stated, light-weight and easily foldable. Unfortunately for me it is too small for me. When I sit, my legs have top be open and I bang into poles.

I am pleasantly surprised with the battery quality and overall build. The company notified me when it arrived and followed up with an email to make sure everything is ok. Although it took longer than expected to receive, it arrived intact and well packaged. Assembly was easy and the manual is relatively comprehensive. It rides and handles well. Unfortunately, when I tried to apply my veterans discount the link did not work. One disappointed star off for this. I would have liked to receive the discount. Kerdom is not included on the web site of the company that provides the discount link.

Very easy to setup and use after battery charged. Was able to lift without much effort and stored in car trunk. Have used in narrow spaces. So satisfied that recommended to my brother who also bought one. Initially was able to contact one of your representatives who was very helpful.

I am very happy with my Fold-Flat mobility scooter. I am 80 years old and had recent hip and back surgery, but the Fold-Flat is light enough that I can fold it up and put it in the trunk of my car by myself, which gives me the portability to bring it with me wherever I go. It has a long range with its two batteries and and can go up to a zippy 5 mph. I looked at a lot of mobility scooters before getting this one, but with its light weight, foldability, long range, zippy speed, and enough ground clearance that I can ride on grass, gravel, and dirt paths as well as on inclines without a problem, this was the clear winner.

So far so good. Needs a few things though: handles for battery, something that allows me to attach a walker to,l when she gets off to use a bathroom or to shop, a Matt cover the batteries so they don’t get wet or to keep the battery from getting muddy.

Nice looking but I am not happy with it. Online indicated it would hold 300 pounds but literature says 220 pounds so I called and was informed that it is 220 and after that the functionality of the scooter is diminished because of the extra weight. I was already pushing 300 pounds, so it is non-functional for me, and could not even go over the threshold of the door. it works fine indoors but that is not what I need it for as I do not have the space and doors to move around in it. I plan to return it.
