Submit a Request
To start a Titan Shield™ claim, email support@kerdom.com. Please include the following information to help us review your request:
- Order number
- Product serial number (SN)
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or video
Eligibility Review
Once we receive the required information, the Kerdom Support Team will review your request within 1–2 business days to determine whether it qualifies for a free replacement under Titan Shield™.
Replacement Eligibility:
- The issue is verified by Kerdom as a product-quality issue.
- The affected item is an eligible component or accessory, including approved motor, frame, battery, tire, seat-cushion, or armpad issues.
Review Outcome
Once the review is complete, Kerdom will notify you of the eligibility decision and provide the next steps based on the review result.
Follow-Up Action
If the Request Is Approved:
We will arrange shipment of the replacement part within 1–2 business days after approval. The replacement will be sent to the address provided in your request.
If the Request Is Not Approved:
We'll explain the reason and handle your request under the Kerdom Standard Warranty.

How does the 14-Day At-Home Trial work?
Your 14-day trial begins on delivery. Try the Titan X24 in your real routine—at home and on suitable everyday terrain, including carpet, gravel, ramps, and outdoor paths. If it is not the right fit, contact Kerdom within 14 days to arrange free return shipping. This benefit is available to the original purchaser through kerdom.com; normal care and return terms apply.
What qualifies for Lifetime Full Unit Replacement?
The benefit applies to verified manufacturing or product-quality defects after the 60-day return window, such as qualifying structural, motor, controller, or electrical failures caused by a product defect. It may be used once during the original owner’s lifetime ownership. Accidental damage, misuse, and cosmetic wear are excluded.
Which parts are covered by Lifetime Free Parts Replacement?
Eligible core components include the motor, frame, and battery. Eligible wear and comfort parts include the all-terrain tires, the 24-inch extra-wide seat cushion, and armpads. After Kerdom verifies a qualifying product-quality issue, approved replacement parts and shipping are covered.
Can I use both lifetime benefits?
Yes. Full Unit Replacement and Lifetime Free Parts Replacement are independent benefits. The full-unit benefit may be used once, while eligible parts with verified product-quality issues qualify for unlimited free replacements for life. Using one benefit does not reduce the other.
Do Titan Shield™ benefits expire?
The two lifetime benefits have no fixed expiration date and remain available during the original purchaser’s ownership, subject to program terms and eligibility verification.
How is the 60-Day Return different from Lifetime Replacement?
The return policy governs the first 60 days after delivery. After that window, the one-time Lifetime Full Unit Replacement provides protection for verified qualifying manufacturing defects during the original owner’s ownership.
