Finally something that works

I’ve tried a few scooters before, but this one is by far the easiest to fold and store. No complicated steps.

Just got out to put my new chair through it's paces . I went just about 3 miles on it . It didn't even use 1 dot on the charge indicator . It's tight , it works right , I am impressed with this chair . And to say , I am very impressed with the chair and all the help that Kerdom has given . Good work folks .

Great little chair .

In April 2025 , I purchased a dx01 from Kerdom , a little skeptical but I needed a low price chair . It arrived a few days later and I found it easy to set up and easy to operate . It did have a small issue with the left hub , so I texted them over the matter . They were very prompt at returning my call . They reassured me that it would be okay .
8 months after my purchase , the chair developed electrical issues , so I texted them about it . Again , they promptly returned my text and asked for pictures and a description of the problem .
The next day they agreed to exchange my chair for a new one and return my chair to them . I agreed and a few days later , I received my new chair .
Do I trust Kerdom ? Yes , absolutely . Do I like their chairs ? Definitely . Would I purchase another one from them ? You bet your tail I would .
These are people you can be sure of, they do work with the customer . I'm so convinced of this experience that next year , when my wife needs a new chair , it will be from Kerdom . Thanks for the great experience .
