One of the two batteries that came with the unit was bad, but they sent me a new one and gave me a credit, no complaints with chair. It seem to be real good

Mom is able to move around freely without tiring out. The wheelchair is easy to turn 360 degrees. It is easy to open up and set up. It is easy to get in and out of the car.

So far has been exactly as advertised, portable stable on various surfaces very happy with this purchase.

I have had this DX 07 now for about three weeks and it has improved on mobility by 100 times
I have severe arthritis in my right hip and I can only walk a few steps at a time. But now I can go cruising through the wall, or through the grocery store. It'll be great on my cruise ship trip I'm planning for next spring. I am a big man 6 foot two 350 pounds. But the chair seems to glide along just perfectly with my weight. Although it does see a little low I put a cushion in the chair and now it fits me just perfect. I would highly recommend this chair it is definitely worth the money

This chair arrived to me very well packaged from the start. I was impressed with that after unpacking it and getting it and using it it is giving me the freedom to go out again and Shoppe and move around with five back surgeries. It was very difficult for me to walk any type of distance, I now have the freedom again to enjoy life. I am very well pleased with the product. Im about two months now and I will continue to keep everybody informed.

Lightweight, foldable, and well put together. Looking at Facebook you see people complaining about sharp edges and other dumb little things. It is a power chair that fits in your trunk and is under $1000, it is great. I have a "big" chair, from another manufacturer, and it is outstanding, but it cost $39,000 and weighs almost 500 pounds. Can't take it anywhere without it bouncing behind the car.

This chair is a great entry and medium level compromise and is affordable. Has done everything I have asked of it, and I would buy it again.

I like the chair for fit and comfort. I do have one concern in that the chair seems very jerky and somewhat difficult to steer. I don't know if it is a problem with the controller of that I need more time to learn how. A little more time will tell. I have never used a power chair before so I have no experience for comparison.

Directions not that clear. Also it is not that light weight and to charge charge battery you have to get on the floor to do so not very user friendly not sure if it will totally work out

Very durable body construction and easy folding and unfolding. The locking mechanism to allow folding takes some pressure to push down when locked. The chair does keep running a little bit after the joystick is released,so be careful of this. The turning of the chair sometimes gets difficult so another aspect to watch for. Overall the total chair is great and durable for large adults,I know for I am over 6 feet tall and way 350 lbs.

A little heavy but seems to be nice for what my son will be using it for

I do like it and feel it is a good value .
I only have two concerns.. one the battery doesn’t seem to have the length of charge I expected and the other is that it’s a bit hard to steer in tight spaces. That perhaps is that I’ve not had it long and I need more experience.
Other than that I’m quite pleased.

Asked for a return haven’t heard back yet! If your heavy don’t buy. 400 lb capacity, doesn’t move 300 lb man well at all.

Enjoying the ride, easy to fold and unfold, able to maneuver in small areas.

Only thing I don't like is when you turn it seams it doesn't want to. And to me the battery seam to go down faster .it go barely far an thr first light goes off. Otherwise I like it so far

Delivered with the right wheel tube sticking out of the tire. It was twisted and the tire itself was half off the rim

Great chair. Only thing that I would say to improve is when you turn left or right from the straight forward movement, it slows down significantly on its own.. I’m sure it’s a safety feature just wish it wouldn’t slow down as much.. over all I highly recommend this chair
