Before you hit send
Will I get $100 for a written story or a video?
Yes. Both formats are eligible for the same $100 reward after review and approval. Your written story can be about a wheelchair ride, a trip, or everyday life with Kerdom. Videos must be at least 1 minute long. There’s one reward per verified order.
How long should my video be?
At least 1 minute. Give yourself time to tell the story, whether you’re sharing a favorite ride, a day out, or life at home with your Kerdom.
Can a family member or caregiver share a story?
Of course. Just make sure the rider agrees to have their story shared, and include their order number or the email used to place the order.
My video is too big to email. What should I do?
Send us a shareable link instead of an attachment. Before you email it, check the sharing settings so our team can open and watch the video.
What happens after I send my story?
We’ll read or watch your story and verify your order. Then we’ll email you with an update. If your story is approved, we’ll arrange your $100 reward with you by email.
Can Kerdom share the content I send?
By sending us your content, you give Kerdom permission to share it on our website, in emails, on social media, and in other marketing materials. If you don’t agree, please say so in your email. You can also contact support@kerdom.com to ask us to delete your submitted content.
