To goes forward and backward but doesn't turn. For a chair that is supposed to accommodate 400 lbs. It is not comfortable at all.

Foot rest sits too high when not actively using it. I don’t use a footrest when I am in the house and it is causing bruises. Consolidate all the emails - and you don’t need to send all the extras. I only use the blue cushion. Turning radius is too much - need the front wheels to be smaller.

Got this for my husband. Only had it 6 days. So far so good,he loves it. It is very quiet and we have gone around 5 miles and it didn't drop any bars. I bought a different chair previously and this one is so much better.

I just purchased this for my wife, it's very easy to get out of the box and start using. Hopefully it last for many years, she really loves it. It's very heavy duty but fits in the back of our Equinox with no problem at all, you don't even have to fold the seats down. Love the finish as well. Very easy to use and definitely has the power to get up our wheelchair ramps.
The one thing I'm disappointed with is the advertisement on the back. It's not something you can just remove since it's part of the bag. I think that was poorly thought out and should be up to the customer to remove if they don't wish to advertise for the company.
