Try your Titan X24 at home for 14 full days after delivery. Test it where it matters—your home, driveway, neighborhood, and everyday terrain. If it is not the right fit, return it at no cost.
② Lifetime Full Unit Replacement
After the 60-day return window, if a manufacturing or product-quality defect is verified, you are entitled to a one-time free full unit replacement. Once the return package is picked up by the carrier, Kerdom will arrange shipment of your replacement chair immediately.
