How can I find out if I’m approved for KERDOM wheelchair financing?
Add your KERDOM wheelchair to your cart and select Affirm – Pay Over Time at checkout, when available. Follow the secure prompts to check your eligibility and see the plans offered for your purchase. Approval is determined by Affirm and is not guaranteed.
Will checking my Affirm eligibility affect my credit score?
Checking your eligibility does not harm your credit score. Taking out a loan and your repayment activity may affect your credit. Review Affirm’s credit disclosures before accepting a plan; late or missed payments can affect your credit and future eligibility.
What happens if I’m not approved for the full purchase amount?
Affirm may offer a plan with an upfront payment for part of your purchase. Review the options shown during checkout. If no suitable plan is offered, contact support@kerdom.com to discuss other payment methods. KERDOM cannot increase your Affirm approval amount or guarantee split-payment arrangements.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for Affirm financing?

Does KERDOM offer 0% APR wheelchair financing through Affirm?
0% APR may be available to eligible customers when offered at checkout, but it is not guaranteed. Affirm rates range from 0–36% APR based on credit and eligibility. Your exact APR, payment schedule and total cost will be displayed before you accept a plan.
How many months can I spread my wheelchair payments over?
Your available repayment terms are shown by Affirm at checkout. The 3-, 12- and 18-month plans on this page are illustrative examples, not guaranteed offers. Choose from the actual plans presented for your order.
What information do I need to apply for Affirm financing?
Affirm may request your name, date of birth, address, a U.S. mobile number and identity-verification information, such as your Social Security number. Enter these details only in Affirm’s secure application flow. Do not email sensitive financial or identity information to KERDOM.
When do my monthly payments start, and where do I pay?
For a monthly plan, the first payment is usually due one month after the plan is confirmed; an upfront payment may be required at checkout. Your individual payment schedule is the one to follow. View due dates, make payments or set up AutoPay through your Affirm account or the Affirm app.
Can I pay off my Affirm wheelchair loan early?
Yes. Affirm does not charge fees or penalties for early payment. You can pay extra or pay off your remaining balance through Affirm. Paying off an interest-bearing plan early may reduce interest that has not yet accrued.
What should I do if my Affirm application is declined?
Review the explanation provided by Affirm and check that your application details are accurate. Each application is assessed separately, and a previous approval does not guarantee a new one. KERDOM cannot change Affirm’s decision. You can choose another payment method available at checkout or contact us for help with your order.
