KERDOM SmartAssist Folding Cane

For the moments in between

Six practical functions in one folding cane.

SmartAssist combines a 45° LED path light, a one-button 100 dB alert, a fold-out stand-up assist, five height settings, a four-point pivot base and a compact fold for daily use and storage.

45° adjustable LED path light

Angle the LED head toward the area immediately in front of you for close-range visibility.

Fold-out stand-up assist

Provides a second handhold for balance and leverage when rising from a stable seat.

100 dB one-button alert

Press once to sound an alert that can help draw attention from people nearby; it does not contact emergency services.

34–38 in, five-level adjustment

Set the cane height across five positions within the 34–38 in range.

Four-point pivot base

Four moving contact points help the cane stand on firm, level surfaces when correctly positioned.

Folds to approx. 13 in

Pull the strap, fold the sections, then bind the cane together for easier carrying or storage.

Before you decide

How the key functions work — and their safety limits.

Review how the alert, assist handle, pivot base and batteries are intended to be used before deciding.

No. The one-button alert is an audible sound designed to help draw attention from people nearby. It does not provide GPS location, fall detection, automatic calling, or emergency-service contact.

No. It is designed only as a leverage and balance aid for users who retain sufficient leg strength. Keep a stable seat or surface within reach and do not rely on it as a full-weight support device.

The four-point base is intended to help the cane stand on firm, level surfaces when correctly positioned. Do not expect it to stand safely on slopes, stairs, loose sand, snow, wet ground, thick carpet or uneven terrain.

The LED light and audible alert use two AAA batteries. Batteries are not included. Follow the polarity markings inside the battery compartment, close the cap securely, and test both functions before use.
