I bought this for the hubby he had been trying to get the hang of it. We took it out to the Dr today. Chair worked great. We traveled about half a mile each way. It worked great. He does wish it went faster..I am glad it doesn't. I do think I will buy an extra battery for him.

Shipping was fast set up easy enough for me to do it and surprise him.

The shipping updates could have been more frequent.But ultimately , the chair arrived as promised with no difficulty great job.

We purchased this chair as a replacement for a much heavier one. The convenience of being able to take this chair with us is absolutely a life changing experience. I was a little concerned about using the chair on natural grass or gravel surfaces too. I do appreciate the free drink and phone holder included woth our purchase. We absolutely love it thank you

The DX5 all=terrain wheelchair is fantastic and easy to use! I had taken it to Tyler State Park and got to ride up and down hills doing something I love to do Photography! I'm very happy with the purchase of the DX5.

This chair is a complete game changer for my son. Took to Ocean City and my son was able to get out and enjoy himself more.

This chair arrived to me very well packaged from the start. I was impressed with that after unpacking it and getting it and using it it is giving me the freedom to go out again and Shoppe and move around with five back surgeries. It was very difficult for me to walk any type of distance, I now have the freedom again to enjoy life. I am very well pleased with the product. If you hit a raised door threshold it won't go over it if you hit a cracked sidewalk it's like you hit the brakes it won't go over it

My wife has been using a 3 wheeled mobility scooter for years, and while the unit got her around jus fine, getting the scooter around with her, (stores, restaurants, etc.), was a pain in the ass. The chair folds up and fits in the trunk of our car and deploys for use in a second. I can't speak to the longevity since we just got it, but it seems robust and she loves it!

My old lady loves it. She's still learning. And now im shopping for a cup holder able to hold a tumbler.

This purchase was a long time coming and was well worth it. The power chair is an excellent design and fits perfectly in our vehicle. The price was well worth it and the discount code made it even better! I'm skeptical of the poor reviews that customer service has received. It turned out that the chair that I ordered was out of stock. Customer service informed me promptly and offered me 2 alternatives. I won't share those alternatives here, but either would have been completely acceptable. The company was a good as their word, regarding the alternative I chose, and the chair was delivered promptly, as promised. Thank you for an excellent experience and an excellent product.

The instructions pamphlet could have been written better (English) but after a while (long while) I got the hang of it and everything is ok

So far its been a great chair.

This chair is amazing in every way. It has truly got my life back on track. I can go places I couldn't before. It has truly just been a blessing to me and my family. We are all super excited and happy again now. This chair was worth every penny. We wish we could have been able to afford another one for a backup. I would rate this chair 100 if I could!

Used it for 5 hours yesterday at The Ark in Williamstown KY. Rather crowded
situation but I managed to not run over anyone. When we left, rain was falling rather heavily but she handled herself well. As I use it more, I know I'll be able to "drive" her with more expertise.
The 3" seat cushion is comfortable, the seat is wide, wheels are sturdy and smooth rolling.

My new chair came when expected. Everything about the chair is easy to operate. I had it on a 2 hr ride throughout the neighborhood, uphill or downhill all good. Look forward to more freedom to travel.

Only negative thing I will say is I wish it went faster but thats ok. For a big guy it's so comfy for long sits.
I work as a greeter at a movie theater and for long sits its again so comfy..the battery is ok for a 12ah but with a 20 ah it's so ideal. Plus the payment plan is great and affordable and you can make payment in advance to counteract the interest. Yup I love it..got it for my bad knee and some times dizziness and it works really well and it just fits into my trunk without taking it all apart..Definitely worth getting

Received the chair a few weeks ago. Daughter unfolded it and charged it for me. I sat in it, and easily navigated through the house. Now waiting for the completion of the ramp to get in and out of the house. Very satisfied with the quick delivery and the quality of the chair build. I used the chair during a recovery from a procedure and I loved it! My teenage daughter assembled it. The instructions were simple to follow. The chair is very light to use, easy to maneuver. I just wish there was a way to silence the beeping sound it makes when you back up.
The joystick type control is very easy to use and very responsive!

The minor problem in my legs has caused me a lot of trouble in my life.This wheelchair has really enhanced my independence and overall quality of life. Love it! Makes going places so much easier!

This is a great mobilization chair. It allows me to go places around my yard without having to worry about getting stuck. My yard isn’t the smoothest yard but I couldn‘t do it with my other mobile scooter. Don’t get me wrong though it‘s not a off-road 4 x 4 mobile chair but it will get you through a grass, dirt and gravel road
