- We will offer to replace the Power Chair without quarrel, so long as you notify us within 48 hours of the Power Chair being tracked as delivered. Unfortunately, Medicare or Medicaid WILL NOT pay for lightweight folding wheelchairs. Medicare considers a lightweight mobility device to be a recreational device – which is simply not covered. Not only that, We do not work with insurance companies. Billing an insurance company would cause our business to incur additional costs to the extent that we would be forced to raise our prices. Part of what makes doing business with Kerdom Mobility so appealing is great products, great service and of course, great prices! We are not willing to compromise those values
12.Do you offer financing so I can make payments?.
If you live in the USA, yes. Financing is done through Time Payment. There is a Blue box in the product page or on top of the home page for 12 Months same as cash (no interest) and up to 60 months. You can apply and get an answer instantly.

I've taken the KERDOM DX06 on several nature trails and it handled gravel, grass, and even uneven dirt paths like a champ. Love this Chair - I have had a heavy power chair for many year with and uncomfortable seat and poor positioning. This thing just fits my body and is so comfortable. Took it for a day at disney and just wow the two batteries are the bomb. It stores nicely in my suv. I wish it was a little lighter but I chose this for the features of this specific chair. We bought this for my father who has Parkinson's and needs stability. Yes, we need a ramp to get it into the van because it's heavy to lift, but the weight keeps it glued to the ground. He doesn't tip, even on our sloped driveway. The peace of mind is worth the extra lifting effort

Well built very comfortable and sturdy. Easy joystick operation. Heavy to lift for one person @ 58 lbs. but fits easily into back of suv. Battery charged in about 6 hours but charge lasts several days with light use. Much easier to get around compared to full size power chair. Preordered took about 6 weeks to arrive but customer service kept us informed on status. Still waiting to receive accessory package which was offered to us as compensation for the delay in shipping. But we appreciate the consideration. Accommodates 200 pound rider with no issues in performance.

Honestly, I considered returning the chair the first few days. We live in the country on a gravel road. I got stuck in our lawn, front wheel was in a low spot and wouldn’t turn. Hence, I learned not to make tight turns on grass. My husband kept saying give it time, it’s new to you. Later he drove it and came in and said it was hard to handle mentioning the joystick . Next day my son tried it out and came in and said it was hard to handle mentioning the joystick.But, I kept on driving it up and down our lane even went down the road a bit, keeping on solid ground. I did end up in the bean field once because if the front wheel catches a low spot it pulls you that direction! Now it’s been a couple weeks and I am very happy with it. I have learned when I need a little more speed, am better at turning on bumpy ground, i have learned the quirks of the joystick. I misread the ad and thought it had solid back tires, they are pneumatic -but it’s okay. If the front wheels were bigger and wider and the back wheels a little wider it would be perfect.

Really like the chair but have not been able to get the broken battery attachment piece replaced. It is much heavier than expected but seems to be a good quality chair

I like the DX-06 wheelchair. It folds up easily, and it is light enough lift into my car. Charging and simple and quick. I am a big guy and the DX-06 was very comfortable! There is a learning curve when it comes to using the joystick. I strongly suggest Kerdom create some YouTube videos for each of their wheelchairs. It would be a big help.

Back of wheelchair leans too far back, at an angle, half reclined. Cannot adjust it. Cannot look forward while using backrest Can ONLY upward.
Although they state free shipping...for returns they charge $150 plus 10% restocking fee.

So far I love this chair. It's got plenty of power and range to go everywhere I've attempted. I'm still getting adjusted to the joystick as it is much sensitive than my last chair but that is only a matter of practice and time. Can't beat the price for the quality that you get.
