Customer Service at this point has been wonderful
I explained my issue and they have promised to fix it My Scooter was delivered in 2 days , yes , 2 days It is great looking, but not able to be broken down in weight to easily put it into my vehicle. At 77 and handicapped, Kerdom realized my issue and said that they will resolve this for me

This is a great deal and a great scooter. It is just what I needed at a price I could afford. Went to Dollywood and lasted all day at a speed that was faster than my wife could walk.

I ordered my Mobility Scooter on April 26, 2025. I received my Mobility Scooter today 6/7/25. Other than a lengthy wait to receive it., and not being informed by Kerdom Mobility of the status of my order, during that wait, when someone finally called me back, it was an answering service from seemed like another country. The female rep I spoke with, very hard to understand. Even though I gave her my order number, she had no way to look my order up to update the status. She finally did say, it was being manufactured, and that I should receive my scooter in the 2nd week of June. I can’t really give an honest feedback at this moment, of the Mobility Scooter itself. However, I can say, it was packaged very well, it didn’t take long to assemble it. I’m pleased with what so have seen so far. I haven’t used it yet, I have it charging at this time. I can say, once the order was on its way, Kerdom Mobility & FedEx kept me informed of the status of the shipment & both companies informed me by email, once it was delivered. I do recommend ordering this scooter from Kerdom !! It will give me back my freedom to move around when we go out shopping or maybe our next cruise !!!

The product is simple to assemble and is simple to disassemble for transport. It is reasonably fast to get around and has a throttle knob to control my top speed. The baskets help keep packages safe while I travel. The turning radius allows good maneuverability in stores. The armrests make me feel safer while riding, as I am wobbly when I walk following a stroke. I know I will not fall out of the seat while turning. In general, it is well suited for everyday use.Note - the hard plastic tires make it ride a little rough outdoors when hitting seams on the sidewalk. I wish the manufacturer sold a replacement set of rubber tires and wheels to make it ride smoother outdoors or sold a slightly upgraded model equipped with rubber tires.As I live in Michigan, it is getting too cold to ride it much more this year. I look forward to spring so I can start riding it again.

My disabled wife LOVES this scooter! After 10+ years on our previous scooter, the phone charger, LED light placement, additional basket & performance on multiple terrain feels like riding in luxury, especially because we take many day trips exploring nature, museums & family throughout the US. We replaced the seat which would be fine for most people’s daily life, but my wife spends up to 8 hours a day on “Scootie” & even a firm cushion was inadequate. It’s good looking too! Our previous scooter didn’t have a reverse beeper, but my wife almost backed into 2 people at the mall so is probably a good accessory.

I'm not one to usually share my likes or dislikes of something but I was so pleased with the Kerdom scooter that I had to take a moment and write about it! The price point was far cheaper than inferior units. It comes with more options, USB charging, lights, basket, rear basket, chrome wheels, and a longer battery life than most higher priced units. The quality and overall craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations at this price! The ride and comfort are excellent and I would recommend anyone looking for a mobility cart to start here!!! The overall ease of use, safety features, lighter weight and appearance are so amazing, I'm still shocked at the price! A definite consideration for anyone needing a mobility cart!

We bought this for my mother in law, to help gain more freedom. She has since used it on 2 walks (5k’s) and vacation in Tennessee. She claims the seat is really comfy, battery lasted for all our outings. I have a Chevy equinox, was worried it wouldn’t fit. I have to lay one of the seats down but it fits in the car, one person can put it in by themselves. It has held up on our outings, we took it thru grassy areas and was not worried about anything. It will get up and go (too fast for her), very functional and stable.Do recommend it.

The scooter is comfortable. Its faster than my old one. The light is very bright. Assbly of the seat back is a challenge. But overall it's a very good scooter

I've been hesitant in buying a scooter because I didn't want to admit I needed one. Well finally I couldn't do things with my wife like I use to, so I decided toget a scooter. I looked at alot of them but the Kerdom 4 wheel scooter was just the right one for me. Weight capacity was right and the price was definitely the clincher. I would recommend this scooter to any one who needs a compact scooter with a big attitude. It's strong and easy to charge the battery. I love it. Thanks Kerdom.

I got my scooter in a couple of days ago and cannot tell you enough how happy I am with it. It was a great decision. It’s very well-made handled well very fast. And easy to fold up I researched a lot looked at a lot of different ones and I’m very happy that I went with this scooter. It is very well-made and the people have done everything. They said they would do. They are wonderful to work with and do business with thank you again for providing such wonderful service and such a wonderful scooter.

This gift was accepted with big smiles for mobility for a person who was lost most of his “go power”.

I'm a crippled 70 year old woman. I used a boxcutter to get this out of its container and in less than an hour I was able to ride it, having assembled it with no help. I didn't need to read the assembly instructions because it was obvious as to what went together and where. It works well and is slim enough to use inside my home. The backup siren was my only problem in that my dog wouldn't come inside the house for 2 days after hearing it go off! LOL. All in all I think this is a great product and well worth the cost

I didn’t dislike anything. It was used because I get short of breath.

Very easy to assemble, it’s lightweight and seems pretty durable. I would recommend this to anyone. I found it very easy to operate and to fold up and put in the car..
