Overall, a great wheelchair. I had to remove the feet because they just took up too much space in my little house. But I've attached a foot strap and that works well. the cushion is pretty thin and useless, but I can easily replace that. It's very easy to operate and had greatly reduced my joint pain.

The chair is awesome. There was some difficulty getting it shipped. Communication with the company was timely and they offered monetary compensation to offset the problem. I declined the offer in lieu of improving their process to avoid the delay for future customers.

My wife is a recent amputee and has been using a standard wheelchair for close to a year now. We saw the Kerdom and great deal for it and jumped on it, not really knowing what to expect. This chair has surprised me. Lightweight, easy to assemble, easy to control, compact, and so versatile. The only thing I would change is to have the arm rests about 2-3 inches higher. I'm kinda tall but still works.

The KERDOM electric wheelchair is a dream to use. I found a pdf of the manual that was recently added to the “About” information on the purchase page. I still have not been able to contact anyone at the support/kerdom.com. I have sent several requests to activate the warranty. I have since read that it may have been activated upon shipping.

The Portable electric wheelchair was beyond our expectations. It was light and easy to assemble. My mother in law loved it. It was easy for her to learn to use and maneuver around with. After the course of her chemo her legs became weak making it hard to walk on her own even after physical therapy. This wheelchair will somehow give her the mobility she needs. The wheelchair is actually heavier than I was led to believe from your advertisement. I am a 80 year old female and I find it very difficult to lift. I was under the impression that it would be around 50 lbs complete.
Otherwise, I am pleased with the product, takes some getting use to in controlling the joy stick, it is very sensative.

My wife was a little apprehensive about using the new power wheel chair. But found it easy to control and there were no problems. This rules up and is light enough and small enough to fit in the back of our Kia Soul. Giving us the option to go places to get her like we have never had before. Have not used it much yet. It seems to work OK at home but it's a bit jerky..
I didn't notice it for a few days but the frame is crooked. Not noticeable unless you look at the chair from the back. Hoping it doesn't affect the operation of it.
As long as it lasts a while I think I'll be satisfied with it especially for the price.

the footrests have very sharp edges hadto put socks over them to keep from getting cut or scraped when raising them up or down. Solution, would be to round off all the edges other wise everything is very good

Everything is as expected with the one exception that deals with the fact the foot rests can’t be adjusted and are established at a level that is too high. Additionally, the weight of the vehicle is heavier than advertised. Otherwise we are pleased with the vehicle - assembly was rather easy.

I like my chair. However, it's supposedly good for up to 350 lb. The chair is not wide enough to support that weight. I'm really disappointed about that!
Also, there's like no pouch to store instructions and charging cord. That's something that should come with the chair!

Purchased this chair for my son as we needed a chair separate from the one he currently has that we could break down and was mobile to fit in the trunk, He loves it!!! Chair works great was very very easy to assemble and to also fold and put into the trunk it fit in a smaller trunk in a mercedes cla 250 and into a truck suv with ease!!! He's very happy and we will be able to spend the holidays with family while he's able to get around freely instead of not being able to with the non electric chair or his larger electric chair that we couldn't fit into any of the cars. Thank you! And I hope this helps someone else who may be on the fence about purchasing it, Get it! You won't be disappointed!

Wishlist: Wish Bateries were easily removable then replaced onsite. as its too heavy to lift into trunk. which was my reason for purchase. Batteries need to be in a wheelchair backpack then reconnected for use. I will retrofit to acomidate that to reduce transport weight.

I love this chair...though it has yet to have its maiden voyage (that's tomorrow) but I've practiced getting around in it, folding and unfolding it, etc. The process of setup is very simple and the chair arrived fully charged.
The ONLY drawback that was immediately apparent is that the Owner Manual is inadequate. For one, the font is incredibly small, no exaggeration. The photos are very small, in black and white, and very, very dark, illegible in places. And the information provided is lacking, especially re: the clutch (or "cloche"), the battery and general safety guidelines.
I now have to call Kerdom to make sure all is okay before I get this thing on an airplane tomorrow. A royal pain, but this chair is really very good, sturdy, moves great, folds easily, and so on.

I truly love my chair and I am having a blast learning how to drive it. The chair is easy for my brother to put me in and take me out. The only thing that I would change is the back of the chair... It really needs some more support and some sort of pillow type of back support. But all in all I love my new chair.
