“So far it exceeds my expectations. The sale price is one that you can’t beat, it has a horn, SOS button to summon help, a mute button to silence the horn and a plus and minus buttons for speed control. I would recommend using the slowest speed setting while navigating around furniture or in tight spaces. If you go into an elevator, it would be best to go straight into it and then looking back reverse to exit.Buy one, it is a great price for a fantastic electric wheelchair.”

Where do I go for service and maintenance?
We work with third-party mobility scooter and power wheelchair technicians across the United States.
These companies have trained technicians experienced in servicing power wheelchairs. Be sure to bring your operating manual with you for the technician to review.Simply contact us if you would like to arrange a service or have the chair looked at. Many of our technicians are able to meet you in your own home
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Do you accept Medicare or private insurance?
Hi there! Sorry, our products are not covered by Medicare or private insurance at this time. However, we’re happy to provide purchase documents if you’d like to apply for reimbursement independently.

All products purchased from Kerdom come with a hassle-free warranty. Kerdomwarrants the products for a limited time within 5-year warranty for the frame against manufacturing defect.Battery and motor warranty period: 3 years. All related parts warranty period: 2 years.
What kind of maintenance do I need to perform and how often?
Our Kerdom electric wheelchairs require very little maintenance, but regular upkeep is important to ensure their long-term performance.We recommend visually inspecting your wheelchair monthly and keeping it clean. Additionally, using the provided tools, tighten the nuts and bolts at least four times a year, depending on usage.
If you notice any changes in operation or if the joystick signals an error (as described in your operating manual), please consult a trained technicians.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a convenient 60-day return policy. This means you can request a free return within 60 days of receiving your item.Free pickup for returns and exchanges.Depending on the specific situation, we will cover the return shipping costs.

"I just purchased a DX06 for my wife. She’s had 3 hip surgeries in the past 3 years and now the latest hip replacement revision has left her in a good bit of pain and reduced mobility. She’s recently hurt her shoulder so a walker or cane is not a lot of help. She’s also gotten a recent diagnosis of EDS so that means recovery from these issues is a little more complicated and surgeries to correct them are not a good option at this point."
