Each KERDOM product carries a five-year limited warranty unless otherwise specified.The warranty period starts on the order receiving date and lasts one year thereafter ("Warranty Period").

From the day you receive your Cozey product, you have 60 days of risk-free trial. If it doesn’t fit your needs, we will take it back for free. Simply keep the original boxes and contact us at support@kerdom.com
Is the fabric pet-friendly?
Ideal for homes with one or more pets, these fabrics are designed with a tight weave that is resistant to pet snags and trapping pet hairs.In addition, a lint roller can easily pick up the pet hair. Cushion covers are removable and machine washable.
How to Wash?
You can easily zip off the fabric on both cushions and mattresses. This makes it possible to wash the fabric at a low temperature. It is recommended to wash at a maximum of 30° and with mild/extra gentle soap. We recommend turning the fabric inside out when washing.

Oh.. my god!!!!! We saved alot for this precious couch and it was all worth it. Everytime me and my partner are chilling on it feels like a lil cloud. No eating on it is a rule, which is hard for our movie nights!
