Warranty Coverage
Unless otherwise specified, all KERDOM products are covered under the following warranty terms from the date of delivery:

We offer a five-year limited warranty on the following components:

Structural Frames: Includes frames of electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, lift recliners, office chairs, sofas, and treadmills.

Mechanical Parts: Non-electrical components such as levers, hinges, and manual mechanisms.
✅ 2-Year Limited Warranty
A two-year warranty is provided for:

Electrical Components: Motors, controllers, wired remotes, and charging systems.

Batteries: Lithium or lead-acid batteries used in electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
Note: Batteries are consumable items and may experience performance degradation over time. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Whats Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under the standard warranty:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

Improper assembly or installation not in accordance with KERDOM instructions

Accidents, water damage, fire, or natural disasters

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

General wear and tear, including fabric, foam, tires, and grips

Consumables like cushions, pads, and wheels, unless defective at delivery

Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (scratches, stains, discoloration)

Damage from commercial or institutional use (unless specified)

Extended Warranty Option
You can purchase extended warranty coverage for your Kerdom product at the time of original purchase. This adds additional years to your base warranty and offers peace of mind for long-term use. Extended warranty coverage will follow the same terms as the original plan.
How to Request a Warranty Claim

Note: Repairs under warranty are free of charge — including parts and labor. We cover all shipping costs related to approved claims.
