The wheelchair is actually heavier than I was led to believe from your advertisement. I am a 80 year old female and I find it very difficult to lift. I was under the impression that it would be around 50 lbs complete.
Otherwise, I am pleased with the product, takes some getting use to in controlling the joy stick, it is very sensative.

My wife was a little apprehensive about using the new power wheel chair. But found it easy to control and there were no problems. This rules up and is light enough and small enough to fit in the back of our Kia Soul. Giving us the option to go places to get her like we have never had before. Have not used it much yet. Looking forward to having greater freedom.

I haven't used it away from home yet. I'm not wheelchair bound. I purchased it to use in department stores or grocery stores.
It seems to work OK at home but it's a bit jerky..
I didn't notice it for a few days but the frame is crooked. Not noticeable unless you look at the chair from the back. Hoping it doesn't affect the operation of it.
As long as it lasts a while I think I'll be satisfied with it especially for the price.

the footrests have very sharp edges hadto put socks over them to keep from getting cut or scraped when raising them up or down. Solution, would be to round off all the edges other wise everything is very good

Everything is as expected with the one exception that deals with the fact the foot rests can’t be adjusted and are established at a level that is too high. Additionally, the weight of the vehicle is heavier than advertised. Otherwise we are pleased with the vehicle - assembly was rather easy.

I like my chair. However, it's supposedly good for up to 350 lb. The chair is not wide enough to support that weight. I'm really disappointed about that!
Also, there's like no pouch to store instructions and charging cord. That's something that should come with the chair!

Purchased this chair for my son as we needed a chair separate from the one he currently has that we could break down and was mobile to fit in the trunk, He loves it!!! Chair works great was very very easy to assemble and to also fold and put into the trunk it fit in a smaller trunk in a mercedes cla 250 and into a truck suv with ease!!! He's very happy and we will be able to spend the holidays with family while he's able to get around freely instead of not being able to with the non electric chair or his larger electric chair that we couldn't fit into any of the cars. Thank you! And I hope this helps someone else who may be on the fence about purchasing it, Get it! You won't be disappointed!

Wishlist: Wish Bateries were easily removable then replaced onsite. as its too heavy to lift into trunk. which was my reason for purchase. Batteries need to be in a wheelchair backpack then reconnected for use. I will retrofit to acomidate that to reduce transport weight.

I love this chair...though it has yet to have its maiden voyage (that's tomorrow) but I've practiced getting around in it, folding and unfolding it, etc. The process of setup is very simple and the chair arrived fully charged.
The ONLY drawback that was immediately apparent is that the Owner Manual is inadequate. For one, the font is incredibly small, no exaggeration. The photos are very small, in black and white, and very, very dark, illegible in places. And the information provided is lacking, especially re: the clutch (or "cloche"), the battery and general safety guidelines.
I now have to call Kerdom to make sure all is okay before I get this thing on an airplane tomorrow. A royal pain, but this chair is really very good, sturdy, moves great, folds easily, and so on.

Have not used it yet...bought it so I can take my mother on hikes going on slight inclines...need to adapt the Joy stick on the back handle so I can control the wheel chair...believe that I will be able to accomplish the feat.

I truly love my chair and I am having a blast learning how to drive it. The chair is easy for my brother to put me in and take me out. The only thing that I would change is the back of the chair... It really needs some more support and some sort of pillow type of back support. But all in all I love my new chair.

I just received my Wheelchair and it looks great. It also operates great. There is a small notice about not charging an “Un-rechargeable battery” it makes you think one of the batteries is not rechargeable but I think it refers to another battery that might be acquired in the future. . The batteries were 4/5 charged and it only took about 30 minutes to top them off. I have looked for a pdf of an owners manual but have not found it online. The notice says not to get the charger wet, but makes you think the chair is not waterproof. The display info in the Kerdom site states it can go through snow. The motors are pretty exposed so it think I would avoid wet environments. So far it exceeds my expectations. The sale price is one that you can’t beat, it has a horn, SOS button to summon help, a mute button to silence the horn and a plus and minus buttons for speed control. I would recommend using the slowest speed setting while navigating around furniture or in tight spaces. If you go into an elevator, it would be best to go straight into it and then looking back reverse to exit.
Buy one, it is a great price for a fantastic electric wheelchair.

This has completely changed my life! I can now get around so much quicker and easier than I used to. I'm so grateful for this wheelchair! And the cost is unbeatable. My only issue is that my wheelchair control seems to be struggling. Sometimes I will move the controls to go right and the wheelchair will go left and after about 3 seconds it will start to go right. This may be my fault though because my wheelchair accidentally tipped over in my trunk, so I'm wondering if it ruined the controls. The speed also seems to fluctuate. Sometimes I have it on the highest setting and it goes slower than it does at other times. Besides that though, I'd give it 5 stars!

Took it for a test drive around the neighborhood and it preformed well. Great for the price. The seat belt should be a little longer for people over 250 pounds or come with an extension piece for safety purposes. Light weight and maneuvers easily in and out of the house. Happy with the purchase.

I am 90 years old and the chair is a life saver giving mobility I don't otherwise have. Had a small problem initaly with the left rear wheel not locked in place and the chair would want to go around in a circle, but my caregiver twisted the wheel and solved the problem.
The chair is heavier than advertised, but otherwise is a good buy and I would recommend it highly !

I did need to contact someone from the company and this person did instruct me to watch the video and that was good.But I still needed to plug the charge into the chair and could not find the spot to plug it in- so we finally talked on the phone and he told me where to plug in the Charger.. I also am to get two charges and only one came with the package.. And the one I have has a small crack in the casing, but it does work fine.. The person who talked to me said he would send me the 2nd charger (I paid for it and the second charger was in the addd to go with the chair) ..Do not know the guys name, but he might have from the chat box. Great guy. He has my address. And phone #.

It's a great wheelchair. The only problems we had were with the instructions on how to put it together, they were VERY vague and the photos provided to demonstrate were VERY small. Took way longer to put this together than we anticipated. Also, I'm not sure what is considered "lightweight" but with the batteries, which cannot be easily removed, this chair is NOT lightweight and is difficult to get into our vehicle. We are figuring ways to do this and it is getting easier but the chair is still heavy.

I was skeptical about this. It looked too good to be true. But when it arrived, and I put the few finishing touches on it I was very surprised. the power chair was as it was stated in the description. after charging and ran it around for a while I was very pleased. I would recommend this for anyone looking for mobility. adding to that my granddaughter had the best time with the box she made it a wonderful play partner for her.
