What a beautiful piece of furniture! It is beautiful! All the parts were there and very well wrapped for shipping. Following the assembly instructions made it very easy to put together. I chose the brown tone for my den. It sits very nicely in there.
The only drawback back was how long it took to get to me; weeks, not days as the ad stated. But I was delighted once it arrived.

I love the Big and Tall Leather Executive Back Support Office Chair with Leg Rest. Assembly was straightforward. It's very sturdy and supportive. There are only 2 adjustments, height and tilt, which is fine. My ONLY issue is the headrest is too far back to be effective while sitting up straight. It would be nice if the included extra lumbar support pillow could be attached here somehow. This would make the chair perfect, imo. For the price, it can't be beaten.

This is a nice chair, I did not install the leg rest as it is too short if you are tall. The chair could use more cushion in butt area. I weigh 330 lbs, we shall see how long the lift cylinder holds up. That is usually the 1st thing to go on chairs. Over all it seems like a nice chair.

Assembly instructions were unusually clear and straight forward. The toughest alignment was attaching the back of the cushioned chair rest which is the last thing to attach but it wasn't that bad. Chair is very comfortable and feels solid. Haven't tried the foot rest yet. Very satisfied and looks good in my studio office.

This chair looks amazing. My two biggest issues with it is I have knee problems and it sit so low. It needs a taller cylinder. Also the lever to recline the back is so far back I can't reach it. So now I'm trying to find a new piston cylinder that's longer so I can at least sit in it and be able to get out of it.

The instructions were excellent, and the chair was easy to assemble. I gave it 3 stars because I have not used it enough to know if it will work for me. My two concerns are:
1. The leg rest seems a little flimsy, so I am hoping it will hold up for me. It's one of the reasons I purchased this chair. My doctor said I must keep my legs elevated.
2. I am not sure there is enough padding in the seat of the chair for me to sit for a long period of time.
Otherwise, the chair seems to be made of excellent material. I will update my concerns in about a month.

I love the chair. Exactly what i was looking for.
I have only one negative comment to make. When i unboxed the chair one piece was damaged. it is the piece that fits over the legs under the chair, it has a hole about the size of a quarter, it is no big deal no one can see it. also the left armrest looks as though it rubbed off some of the leather in transet. again it is not a big thing. i am happy with the chair just as it is.

I went through 4 chair returns until I found THE one. This chair is far better than the competition. This chair actually has springs in the seat instead of just foam/memory foam only that smashes down within days/hours. This product is well worth it. Waited until the gray went on sale and snagged it up and couldn't be more pleased. Trust me, stop searching now and buy this chair. Love the foot rest and comfort!

I had the same Herman Miller or 20 years and needed to replace it finally. This one is great - I'm not big and tall but I like to have some room to sit cross-legged and stretch out my legs. This is a great option! I got the black and it looks like a Rolls Royce car seat. The bum is cushy and the arm rests and nice and plump. Excellent buy! Hopefully it lasts a long time.

I've had this office chair for about six months. I think it's an incredible chair for its price. I sat in dozens of office chairs at the standard office supply stores and found a chair I liked but could not stomach the $600 price tag for basically the same thing that's in this chair. The faux leather has held up very well, I sit in this chair everyday and it still looks brand new. I love the height adjustments and the foot rest.

Perhaps due to the fact that this is labeled as a "big and tall" office chair, the arm rests are unnaturally far apart. Sitting in a position where both elbows are on an arm rest usually results in me slouching forward, which is not good for my posture. Using one arm rest and the other usually results in leaning to that side, which is not good for my back. But having said that, the chair is more comfortable than it looks like it's going to be. Assembly was easy and pretty quick, and it seems very sturdy. The foot rest is a little short, but probably as long as it can extend without snapping off or causing the chair to tip forward. It's not bad for me at 5'9", but if you are on the 'tall' side of big & tall, I can't see the foot rest being very usable for you.

I'm not sure if this chair is real leather or pleather. Nevertheless, it feels like real leather. It is soft and supple. The cushioning is great. Also, I love the leg rest. It conveniently folds up and stores beneath the seat. And it is unnoticeable. Also I like the seatback adjustment. It lays back to almost a horizontal position so that I can stare at the ceiling.The wheels are nice in the wheel legs are made of solid steel.It was easy to put together. I found a couple of YouTube videos so I didn't have to follow the instruction manual.
