I ordered this because my boyfriend does MMA. I figured it would be a nice addition in the basement with the heavy bag and good old "Ronaldo" the grappling dummy. This is a wonderful product for not only boxing skills but to develope hand eye coordination for other sports. Our great granddaughter plays catcher on a travel softball team. It's awesome for reaction and coordination practice, i haven't tried the Bluetooth function because i usually pop in earbuds but the pads are nice and squishy but very responsive to impacts. The gloves are pretty bad though, so plan on getting a pair with the kit but honestly a simple wrap would work.

This is a great product!! Easy to figure out, with directions, and easy to install. The cops were called because of the banging. You have to hit it pretty hard for it to register if your one to want to keep track of all that extra stuff. But of course I'm still trying to get the hang of it all.

Has several different programs Very responsive the pads you hit are the same foam material as the gloves (I was expecting plastic and this is MUCH better) I let my senior mom use it and she likes using it. I’ve seen a lot of these being used on social media so I got one for my roommates and I to use. We’re having a lot of fun with it. You can attach it to a wall or have someone hold the hand grips and get a workout for 2 people. My roommates and I switched off who was holding the disc and who was punching, it was a lot of fun. I recommend playing with the various modes and speeds to figure out what is best for you, but don’t get discouraged if it take a bit to figure out.

We have a standard Everlast punching bag set at home but wanted something to train the reaction speed. This one was very easy to set up and fun for both me and my brother. The boxing gloves included are very durable to be used with it. Two different wall set up were included and we opted for the double sided tape. So far it's holding up well after continuous use.
