Easy Return Service

Shop.KERDOM.COM guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return  merchandise within 30 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. We advise that you keep your original packaging during this time. Please contact us to request a return or get information about any additional policies that may apply.

We want you to find the perfect ergonomic office chairs and accessories for your lifestyle - but we understand that they might not work out for you after you try them.

Hence, you can return any unwanted item - For Free.

Since NOV 11th, 2022, KERDOM Chairs accepts customers to return goods without reason within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods. The following rules apply:

  • Free returns are accepted within 30 days.
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, saleable, must with original tags and packaging.

Easy Return Process

Our return labels use ground shipping. Return shipping for domestic orders is always free using the prepaid return label in your order.

  1. To return an item, please contact KERDOM support team. You'll receive an email confirmation and pre-paid return label once your return has been processed by our team.

  2. Print your free pre-paid return shipping label and attach it to your package. Please drop off the return package at any authorized facility for the designated carrier on your shipping label. 

  3. Please allow up to 5 days after we receive and check your return package, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund.

Return Time Limit

All items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Returns that last more than 14 days will not be eligible for the free return and will be proceeded according to the 30-day return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 1 to 3 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.


When KERDOM Pays For Return Shipping

KERDOM will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return was result of OUR error. Examples of instances may include:

  • Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
  • We shipped out the wrong item #
  • We shipped it to the wrong address
  • We shipped a duplicate order
  • Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period (Assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual)

IMPORTANT: For items that arrive damaged or is defective, YOU MUST provide video/photos to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning. If a customer claims an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof prior to return, no exceptions. Use the Contact Us form to submit pics/videos for your return request.

Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue the refund.

If the return request for a damaged/defective item can be fixed with simple parts and support, we can provide the option of free replacement part(s) and advice on how to repair your item if the customer finds that to be the easier solution so you don't have to fuss with shipping a large bulky item back. Also note, we do not send out technicians or repairmen to customer homes.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Under the evaluation of our support team, we will give the best solution for your order. Some defective products are not required to send back to us, in this case, please help dispose of them after providing us all the required evidence for your claims.


If you wish to change to other items, you can do so at no additional cost within 60 days of the delivery date. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. As soon as we receive your return we will ship the new item to the address from your original order.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange other items one time only, but you can always return them by following the instructions in our Return Policy.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 3 business days after you get the Return Confirmation Email.
