Good chair, the assembly tool was not as handy as you might think it would be . A standard allen wrench would have been easier to tighten the arm bolts. Also the arm holes were not lined up properly. It made tightening the arm bolts difficult. Other than that assembly was easy.

When I received my new chair I told my wife not to sit in it because if she did she would fall in love and order one for herself. Thus the reason we now have two of these chairs in the office. I think this say's it all!

I was looking for a chair for my home office that could hold someone with a few extra pounds and wider hips comfortably. This chair fits the bill. It is very comfortable and made very well. Great lumbar support. Shipping was as expected. I did change out the rolling casters for the ones that were recommended for the tempered glass matt that is under the chair. Overall I would definitely recommend the purchase.

I have been looking for a nice comfy and elegant looking chair as a gift for my husband to use in his home office. This is one of best chair out there. Color is perfect, material is solid and durable. Love that is tilts and height adjustable. He sits in the office for almost all day on his home work days and he finds this chair perfect. It's super steady, he weighs 230 lbs and 6'2鈥?( I know chair can actually carry more weight than that ) and the chair is big enough to accommodate. It took only 2 hours one person assembly. Well built. I did a lot of review on a lot of chairs before purchasing this and I am so glad that I did.

Highly recommended this chair! I work from home and sit for 6-8 hours per day. I had to throw out my gaming chair because it was giving me so much pain half way through the day. This chair is a dream come true! It is comfortable all day long. I'm on the heavier side (215lbs) and it still offers a great amount of support/cushion. I haven't been able to use the leg rest part yet because the bottom part of my desk is in the way. But it's a great feature to have if you can use it.

My husband works from home and for his birthday I wanted to surprise him with a really nice chair. Initially that didn't go so well as he doesn't like change and didn't like the look of it. It's been about a month since the switch and he now says he likes it. He says it's comfortable to sit in and very spacious. He likes to rock back in it but also to be able to lock it in position. It rolls easily and well. He says he likes the lumbar support and that it's adjustable, too. I don't like the higher back but, honestly, it's good for him and his work; it just makes it harder for me to bug him. His only complaint is that it's very low to the ground and just doesn't go up high enough. It's 19" from the floor to the top of the seat at its highest point (3" less than his previous chair).I mostly put it together but it was difficult. It's easy to figure out what goes where but it's much harder to convince it all to go in those places. I had a lot of trouble with the arm screws and my husband ended up getting them in properly. The chair components are all pretty heavy and it results in a very sturdy but weighty chair.For the price, it's a nice chair but I would pay attention to the height.

I love my chair. Well built and hopefully will last 24 years as did my last chair. At first I wasn't a big fan but after a very short while the chair began to feel like "home".

I have always used Serta but the cylinder would go out in less than a year and over time those chairs would swivel unexpectedly. So, I gave this one a try. It feel nice, firm, and sturdy. It doesn't swivel like the Serta ones. My back feels better on this and I no longer have to use a pillow. It's not hard to assemble but it isn't super easy either. I hope this lasts longer than the Serta chairs that I have owned before.

Comfortable and able to hold my bulk, heck ya! This is a great chair. Packaged well and relatively easy to set up. If you've put together other office chairs, it's really no different. I love that it's capable of supporting a lot of weight. Though honestly, I've lost over 60 lbs and I really don't weigh that much anymore, it's still nice knowing I have a chair that can support me. I am an average sized man: 5'10" and 180lbs. The reason I bought an extra large chair is because I have broken a few chairs already by often leaning back in a position that allows me to put my feet up on my desk. And I also had to order extra gel cushions because office chairs in disparate price ranges and sitting material didn't not provide enough comfort and support. But not this chair. I have used this chair for more than a month and wanted to give it a thorough runover and it is an excellent, strong chair that is very handsome, easy to assemble and will hold up for at least a few years.

I have had this chair for a little over a month now and so far I like it a lot. It is very comfortable and provides excellent support. As someone who has back problems, I really appreciate this. It also looks very nice in my office. The only negative comment I have is that the foot rest is placed very close to the chair, making it impractical for anyone who is not very short, but I really do not intend to use it and did not buy the chair for that feature. This was a very good buy for the price I paid ($159.99).

The package arrived and block my whole door. It is big or huge box. The one I get is black color, they have a brown too. You can choose either one depends on which one will match your room. The seat is wider than regular one which means I have more spaces to move around my body. The adjustable ergonomic lumbar support my back which is big plus. This is a nice executive chair with visible white stitching. I do like the styling. Comfortable. I got this chair for my preteen for sitting at a desk doing schoolwork or art.Assembly took me about 20 minutes. I build 2 chairs and the second one went a little faster. I don't consider this a negative because I was probably moving a little slow.One of the impressive things I noticed during assembly is that the legs are metal. I've never seen metal legs on any previous chair I've owned. This makes me feel like they're not going to fall apart.I don't know if it's real leather or not but it feels like thicker real leather.There is a pull out leg rest. It seems a little awkward and gimmicky to me. I'm not sure I would ever use it.The reclining feature only locks the seat in the reclined position. Some chairs it makes that position the stop so you can't lean back farther than that. But this one fully locks it there so it doesn't move forward without pressure. It says where you locked it. So that's a preference thing.I do like that when you lean back the arms stay parallel to the floor. There is a hinge that keeps the arms level and that's kinda good.I gave it 5 stars because this is my overall current impression of the chair.

The chair is nice for the price point and easy to assemble. However, it is shorter and narrower in the seat than what I would consider to be suitable for a big and/or tall person. I am 6'2, 180 lbs and the seat is way too short. My previous chair was much roomier and comfortable for my frame. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions, so that's my bad. I will give myself time to adjust, however, as the thought of disassembling, boxing it back up and returning it does not sound appealing to me at the moment.

The instructions make it super easy to follow - however - don't tighten everything on the seating part of the chair until you're done as it can be quite hard to get everything together without. It's so comfortable, supports your back perfectly. It's sturdy and strong. I love it. It looks great as well.

I had bought my husband replacements for his worn out, disreputable OLD chair twice over the past 6 years and he hated both of them (I got one and my sister the other) but wouldn't go find a replacement, so we added more pillows, pads, covers, etc, over the years but then I got this one. HE LOVES IT! And the chair almost reclines flat, the leg rest is easy to use and perfectly positioned. I hit it outta the park this time. He says it is so comfortable and works so well. Can definitely recommend this one.

This chair was easy to assemble. Initially, I could not find the directions, but they were tucked under the seat of the chair. My husband missed them, but was able to successfully assemble them without the directions.Overall, the chair is fine. It looks nice put together. It is definitely a firmer chair and not "cushy" at all. However, I like this aspect and so far, it is comfortable.

This is the best Chair I have ever had. Very comfortable and the PU Leather is soft and stitched correctly and doesn't come undone at the seams. It will hold up to 500 pounds and it is big tall back, and you can adjust the height and the lumbar back support just by turning the lever. The seat is wide so you aren't cramped up in the chair all day, you have room to move around. Moves smoothly and very easy to assemble. You will not be disappointed in this chair. I have a really bad back so needed a new office chair. I spend 6-8 hours a day in my chair so this was very important. I will say that this chair is great so far- what I like about it is that its quite 'firm' but at the same time comfortable- I would say its like a nice seat in a car (firm but comfy and made for long term sitting). I also LOVE that I can adjust the lumbar support- this is one of the main reason I purchased it. Overall I would recommend this chair!

The chair was easy to assemble and seems to be pretty sturdy. The chair seat and back are both well cushioned and very comfortable. My only complaints are that the arm rests are surprisingly low and make the chair tighter than I'd like and after I had the chair built, I leaned back and heard a crack from the chair I didn't care for. Overall, it's satisfactory, though I'll revisit my review if the chair breaks earlier than I'd think it would.

It was a fight in my house on who was going to get to use this chair in their office. This Chair is extremely comfortable and well built. The construction and design were done in a good taste. The stitching is very well done. the chair is super heavy and durable. I was able to assemble very quickly. I wanted a high back chair for my home office. It's nice to lean back into a tall chair to think and relax.The chair is supportive and the cushions are firm but not hard. The recline feature actually goes very far back to the point that it is nappable, lol. The footrest is a little 鈥渕eh鈥?for me. I have long legs so the footrest hits me just below the knees. I don't know how much I'll use that feature. My daughter is 5'6鈥?and even her legs hung out over the footrest.Assembly was simple. 10 minutes with my wife handing me parts.The chair rolls smoothly, reclines easily, and adjusts height like any other office chair. It does not rock back, recline only. Something to consider if you're the kind of person who likes to rock backwards in your chair when thinking.Width of the seat is good, I would bet even bigger and wider people would find it acceptable. And again, the tall back is nice.The 鈥渓eather鈥?(if it is, indeed leather) is soft and has that broken-in feel. The black chair has white stitching which looks sharp.Would buy again.

The chair is excellent quality, and as stated, will hold a larger sized person very comfortably. It was comfortable from the time we received it, no 鈥渂reaking it in鈥?time necessary. It was purchased during Prime Days so we feel we got a great deal. The price was much lower than comparable chairs advertised at office supply stores. Assembly was easy but does require two people to attach the back to the bottom. Would definitely recommend this product.

This chair was super easy to assemble, taking about 15 minutes. It is well made and sturdy. The seat is wide and comfortable. The back is well padded and cushioned. The seat itself could use a bit more padding but still is very comfortable. The chair adjusts and can get low enough for shorter people, I am five foot three inches and it adjusted low enough for me to sit flat footed. All in all this is a fantastic chair that would work great as a work chair for the computer or just for a home office.

This chair's back is at too much of angle to work for me 鈥?it leans back too far in its most upright position and the lower lumbar support does not compensate for that. The casters also drag instead of roll on hardwood flooring if they get just the least bit of dust on them. Other than those issues, the chair cushioning is thick and comfortable, and the construction seems solid.

The chair was easy to assemble and came with all the hardware necessary along with a tool for assembly.The chair has lots of padding on the back and seat. The arms are also well padded and quite comfortable. The chair has a nice tilt feature that allows it to rock nicely. I was not a fan of the adjustable lumbar support as it always feels like a ball in my back. I turn it all the way off so it does not bother me while sitting. I really like the chair and it is quite comfortable except for the lumbar support.

Very simple and straight forward instructions! The only thing I had to look up was how to properly install the wheels. Fortunately, the wheels are pretty common across the all chairs.Only giving it 4 stars because the arm of my chair sometimes becomes loose and requires a tightening.

It is soft, plush, the leather is smooth, it rolls easily, and more. The chair is large and so can easily accommodate large persons. As a medium sized person, I wanted a chair that was bigger than me and this was the right one. It's also easy to fall asleep in. The lumbar feature is a nice touch but could have been extended to go a little higher. The padding is thick all around.The printed instructions that come with the chair are okay as a reference however the video that the instructions link to are perfectly easy to follow. The chair was not difficult to put together but depending upon your strength you may need to have a second person to help with the lifting, especially the back of the chair.I think the chair falls short in the lack of movement of the back rest and the arms. It could have been better had the back been hinged to adjust when leaning back or forward. As it is, it just stays at a static angle as the chair moves. It would also have been better if the arms of the chair were adjustable. Most chairs in this range have these features.As for sitting at a desk, I find that the best option is to have the keyboard extend out from the desk. Sitting up to a desk, the chair doesn't provide as much back support as I think it should.Overall, I like this chair, and for the right environment, I think it is a very comfortable chair.

A regular computer chair hurts his back and can be uncomfortable so I knew he would need a big chair for his height and weight. I like that the chair looks like an executive chair with soft leather and great details. The seat is wide enough that the armrest is not digging into his thighs and tall enough to support his neck and back. The chair was easy to assemble and we had it put together in under 20 minutes.

When I read "Big and Tall 500lbs" I was a bit hesitant about picking this chair. Good thing I dismissed those thoughts and got it. I am 5'10" and about 200lbs. and this chair is for me, not too big, not too small, just perfect. Very comfortable. It is well built, very strong, and should last for a long time. The fake leather will probably fall apart in pieces before the mechanicals/structural parts of the chair fail. I particularly like being able to adjust lumbar support. There are instruction to assemble the chair, but it's not complicated. It took me 30 minutes not rushing it.

The chair looks great in his home office it definitely gives an executive vibe. When my husband sat in the chair his first word was, wow! This is the second time I have bought this chair (lost the first in a house fire) and upgraded to get the lumbar support with this version. I am 6'4" and 250 lbs. Finding a comfortable work chair has often been a challenge. This chair is worth the price as I feel relaxed, can spend hours at my desk getting work done, feel supported in my lower back area, and am not cramped by the arms.
