I work on the computer long hours, this chair has helped my lower back soreness. I had the 6 about 6 weeks now. I am 5' tall, on the lowest setting my feet reach the floor. It is comfortable. I read the easy to follow directions, did the armrests backwards on first try, but was easy to change. Head rest I don't use, its too high for me. Hanger is a nice plus.

I got the Black-Orange colour since it looked better than plain Black. The chair is nice and solid albeit the arms are a bit rigid (might get better with time and usage). Overall a solid chair for the cost as others with similar features are over 250 CAD minimum. I got this during Boxing Day Week and was reasonable (around 200 before tax).

This chair is super comfortable and is high quality. It's parts are built well and it's easy to assemble. You get everything you need to assemble it with instructions. It should take 20-40 minutes to get the chair built and ready to sit on. The cushion is very comfortable and I have no problem sitting on it for a whole work day. The back mesh is breatheable and keeps me from getting too hot. With the ergonomic design and lower back support I feel like I'm less tired at the end of the day and I have less back pain. I'm very impressed with the quality of this chair. The headrest is adjustable and the chair's able to tilt back upto 130 degrees! There's also a coat hanger on the back of the chair, I haven't seen this before. It would be great for someone with a jacket.

A great addition to my home office.

I bought this chair for my own computer/gaming desk in my room. The chair arrived the next day and was super easy to assemble.....I did have a few parts left over, but I used everything that the instructions said to, so these may be extra or maybe for a different model with a different feature.The chair is very comfortable and has a great lumbar support feature. I just wish that the lumbar support had it's own tension knob or lever to increase support or decrease it. The arms are adjustable up and down, but do not swivel in or out if you are looking for that. It has a coat hanger on the back of the chair, which to me is a great feature, being as I am one who hangs my jacket/sweater on the back of my chair a lot! Wheels are very sturdy and so is the base. Fabric seems very breathable on the the back rest, and good cushioning on the bottom cushion.All in all, I will give it a 4 star right now, only because of the lack of lumbar tensioning.

Best chair very comfortable

This chair came extremely fast and in small packaging. I was able to assemble it within 20 minutes and put it to use. The reason I chose is it because it has a long back support with adjustable height on the headrest. It is one of the better chairs out there and I have no regrets since I WFH very often. The wheels roll great and the cushion is comfy for my 150lb frame.

Chair is really comfortable and firm. One thing I would have loved for the chair to have would have been the ability to be 90 degree upright for an extra firm upright feel when sitting at the home office desk. It reclines great but there is some slack to that uprightness. Other than that, it is perfect.

I am 67 years old I assembled this chair in less than an hour; the directions were perfect; and the screws fit in the holes it lined up perfectly. now im sitting in a comfortable chair at my computer.

This is a perfect chair. I tried many different chairs and most of them I didn't like but I like this one. The support is outstanding, they have 3 different angles I can adjust. Ergonomic chair is perfect for both WFH and gaming for extended periods. As a project manager with professional interior designers and planners that attend the annual Neo Con furniture convention this has a design and fit of a much more expensive chair such as Knoll, Steelcase or Haworth. Easy assembly (highly recommend watching assembly video) with all included assembly tools provided with chair. Arm rest height adjustment is a plus and the seating memory foam is very comfortable. The mesh lumbar, back and head supports are sturdy and very breathable during a 8 hour work day and the chair is light enough to be easily moved around over carpet or a hard surface floor. Build/design is comparable to Herman Miller design but with assembled material durability more suited for home office use than commercial use thus the understandably lower price.

I sit for work and it was causing so much back pain that I went to a physical therapist. She ended up diagnosing that the problem was my work from home set up. This chair is ergonically designed to work with the human body. Being able to adjust the chair so that my knees are 90 degrees and my arms are too has helped so much. Make sure to get a foot rest as well to keep your legs in 90 degree form. The material on this chair is sturdy but comfortable. It didn't take too long to assemble either.

**Update**After my review on here, I was contacted by the Vendor. They went out of their way to make it right for me. They were able to turn my experience around. I have been using the chair and it's comfortable. After my great experience with this Vendor, I would recommend doing business with them.I was really hoping this was a great chair but when taking it out of the box I found the seat cushion has a cut on the back side. Also the mesh on the bottom part of the backrest has a hole. I'm not happy with the quality. Buyer beware.

Like most others have mentioned, the chair is very comfortable for a computer desk chair. Easy to assemble. If they made one just like this, with arms that swiveled up, I would get one of those too. 2 things that make it less than perfect (for me) is that I wish it went about an inch or 2 lower. I can still scoot my legs under my desk but with very little clearance. Other thing, it creaks (plastic on plastic) bad, from the area where the back ties in to the bottom bracket. I've undone and redone and overdone several times. Maybe with a little time of use, those two things will correct themselves. Overall, a great chair. Super happy with it.
